3. Formulation

 

The recipe is the core of every cosmetic product.

We offer our customers three different options:

1. If you have your own recipe, we can check its feasibility and modify it if necessary.

2. We can individually develop a recipe for you according to your specifications. The formulation will then become your property after development.

3. You can also use one of our ~ 2,500 standard formulations. We can of course modify these for you. (by adding an additional active ingredient, changing the perfuming, coloring the bulk and much more). Our customers can use these recipes free of charge.

4. CPNP

 

Every cosmetic product that is placed on the European internal market must be notified to the European Commission by the person placing the product on the market.

This is done online via the so-called CPNP portal (Cosmetic Products Notification Panel).

We can take over this notification for you. However, we still have a few questions about this.

5. Safety assessment / product information file (SiB / PID)

 

Every cosmetic product that is marketed in the European single market requires a compilation of the data sheets of the raw materials, a toxicological report, stability test, preservative load test and much more.

A qualified person must prepare this report (safety assessment and product information file).

We can compile this data for our customers in the SiB / PID.

6. Production

 

Please note that the minimum manufacturing quantity per product for us is usually 30 kg. We will also carry out a microbiological analysis for each batch produced in our in-house laboratory. You will then receive a certificate for each batch produced, in which all important parameters are listed.

7. Filling and Packaging

 

We also offer you the filling of your products in primary packaging provided by you.

The prices depend on the quantity and the filling quantity.

We are also happy to take on the labeling of the products or the packaging in folding boxes for you.
